Book the 90-minute diagnostic.
A paid, single-session engagement. Not a discovery call. Eva reads your intake three working days before you arrive, audits your current delivery live, and leaves you with a concrete next-step recommendation — whether or not we work together again.
Waitlist status, Q2 2024 — 14 prospective clients ahead of new bookings. Calendar shows the next four open windows.
Choose a time.
Three working days of intake review are scheduled between confirmation and the session itself, so please book at least 72 hours ahead. If nothing below fits, write to [email protected] — Eva occasionally opens overflow windows for time zones outside CET.
All times Central European. Slots release 8 weeks ahead. Cancelled slots open immediately.
Before you book.
Four footnotes the senior visitor asks before clicking confirm. Answered, terse.
-
01
Where
The practice sits on the third floor of Storgata 14, 0184 Oslo — a five-minute walk from Oslo Central. The door code is in your confirmation email. Tea and still water on the table; nothing else.
-
02
When
By appointment only. Eva holds a strict ceiling of 14 clients per quarter to protect the depth of the work; the calendar reflects the next four open windows and is updated each Monday morning.
-
03
Payment
NOK 6,800 for the diagnostic, invoiced in advance via Norwegian bank transfer or Stripe card payment. An itemised receipt is issued for your accounts team. No hidden fees, no upsell at the table.

Waitlist
47 prospective clients sit on the waitlist as of Q1 2024. If your talk falls within the next fortnight, mention it in the form — Eva occasionally opens overflow windows for time-critical engagements and TEDx applicants.
Questions before you book.
Five straight answers, in the order a serious visitor tends to ask them.
- What if I need to reschedule?
- Once at no cost, up to 72 hours before. A second change forfeits the session. Re-bookings inside 72 hours are charged in full — Eva clears the morning for you and turns down other prospects.
- Is video as good as in-person?
- For founders and executives working on investor calls, panels, and short virtual keynotes, yes — about 90% of the diagnostic transfers. For stage work, breath support, and presence, in-person is meaningfully better. Eva will recommend format on reading your intake.
- Which language will the session be in?
- English, Norwegian, or German. Sessions are documented in the language you choose. If you need a fourth language for post-talk rollouts, flag this in advance — Eva works with a small translation circle for outgoing materials.
- What should I send ahead?
- One slide or script (whichever you have), the room details for the upcoming talk, and a video of the last time you presented if one exists. Nothing polished — raw rehearsal footage is fine and often more useful.
- What happens after the 90 minutes?
- A one-page written memo arrives within five working days, naming the single highest-leverage change and the path to it. There is no obligation to continue — 46% of diagnostic clients book further work, 54% take the note and run with it.
