Voices  —  Case dossier, Q1 2024

Three measured engagements. Forty-one percent fewer drop-offs. One quiet waitlist.

What follows is not a testimonial wall. It is a working dossier — three anonymised profiles drawn from 380+ engagements across 22 countries, each opened by a measured outcome rather than a quote of praise. Names, sectors and figures have been aggregated to preserve the privacy of the speakers involved; the methodology, the metrics and the timelines are real.

Forty-seven prospective clients are currently on the waitlist. The practice accepts fourteen per quarter.

Profile  —  Series A founder, European fintech

Inbound doubled within sixty days. We did not touch the deck.

The founder who doubled inbound in 60 days.

A founder preparing a Series A close had the slide content — traction, burn, market shape — but a delivery that flatlined the room. Eva rebuilt the opening three minutes using the 3-Second Breath framework and a deliberate pause architecture around each financial claim. Rehearsals were recorded and analysed against the firm's internal benchmark for executive presence.

2.7× post-talk inbound leads within 60 days
41% reduction in early-talk drop-off
11 investor meetings booked from a single pitch

The engagement ran for seven weeks across four diagnostic sessions and a final dress rehearsal on the actual stage. The founder has since been rebooked for a board-level offsite and an internal all-hands.

Profile  —  COO, multinational industrial firm

They stopped leaving the room in the first ninety seconds.

The executive whose room stayed seated.

A COO facing a flagship all-hands had the credibility but not the room: eye-line drifted, hands broke frame, and the opening ninety seconds — when retention decisions are made — leaked attendees to the coffee line. The intervention focused entirely on the first three minutes and the closing call-to-action. Nothing in the middle was touched.

38% reduction in first-90-second drop-off vs. benchmark
94% audience retention through the closing slide
3 follow-on engagements inside the same firm

The post-event survey, conducted independently by the firm's internal communications team, also showed a measurable lift in the perceived clarity of the strategic priorities communicated — the rare outcome where presence work translates directly into comprehension work.

Profile  —  Author and academic, thought-leadership book launch

The book tour quietly became a speaking circuit.

The author whose book tour converted into a speaking circuit.

An academic launching a trade-press book had twelve confirmed venue dates and no platform beyond the publisher's list. The work was on the delivery: pacing, the deliberate silence after each chapter's argument, and a redesigned opening that positioned the speaker as a practitioner, not a professor. Eleven of the twelve venues rebooked the author for follow-on engagements; four led to corporate keynotes within the quarter.

11/12 venues rebooked within the same tour
4 corporate keynotes converted from the tour
17 further dates added post-launch

Engagement duration was the longest of the three profiles — nineteen weeks, woven around the author's existing research commitments. Eva continues to support the speaker's annual flagship lecture at the original home institution.
